The Challenge

Artflute had built a strong curatorial reputation as India's go-to destination for original and print artworks, but their platform struggled with browse experience, checkout conversion, and artist onboarding workflows. They needed a technical partner who could maintain and evolve the platform while keeping a complex product catalogue — spanning thousands of unique artworks — performing reliably.

Our Approach

We took on development and maintenance ownership of the Artflute platform, improving product discovery through better filtering and visual search, overhauling the checkout flow to reduce drop-off, and building tools that made it easier for artists to manage listings and track sales. We maintained a continuous improvement cycle, shipping regular updates without disrupting the live marketplace.
